W tym roku konwencja odbędzie się pod tematem:

"Post-future? Rethinking Postsocialism in Central Eastern Europe"
Szczegóły poniżej:

Dear All,
we are excited to invite you to participate in the 4th edition of Ethnology Without Borders, which will take place at the Warsaw University in October 2015, probably 7th to 10th. Current edition will bear the name of "Post-future? Rethinking Postsocialism in Central Eastern Europe" and will try to take a new approach on Postsocialism, as a lense through which you look at the context of your anthropological research.

Does your research concern Central or Eastern Europe? We would like to invite young researchers to participate in three days of workshops. With strong emphasis on methodology, we aim to create an opportunity to reconsider your fieldwork in the context of postsocialist studies. We propose you various activities in the city space, academic prelections, and critical movie screenings. Our aim is to create a platform for exchanging and sharing experiences of your current research through the perspective of Postsocialism.

If you are interested in this event, please send us a short description of your previous and current anthropological research (200 - 300 words) along with your affiliation. In addition, please write what do you expect from workshop and shortly describe your interest and academic inspirations (150-200 words).

Send it all to: iknapiz@gmail.com with the topic Ethnology without Borders 2015.

Deadline: 10th July 2015.

Project is dedicated for students from Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland, but we are open for contributions from students from other countries working on postsocialism.

We look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
